Team pursuit in cycling is a team of four athletes working together in a line to circle the track in the fastest and most effective way. The user builds a strategy while considering the direction and strength of the wind, the state of each player, the condition of the track, etc. Small details such as rider pacing, timing of lead changes, and final spurt tactics affect race results. There is a physical limit to trying different strategies. Also, the time you aim for will change depending on the conditions of the day.The simulation is performed by inputting the parameters that affect the time, such as the athletes weight, Wbalance, CP, CdA, etc., the circumference of the running stadium, the air density, and the timing of substitutions and departures.Using the simulation results, you can narrow down the strategy and check it with a minimum actual run. We also believe that it can be used to calculate the optimal target time for the day.
